Fridge not delivered yet , no feedback or action

I bought a fridge from Makro which was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. After calling myself to check in on Tuesday as I had no word on delivery, the manager Cobus informed me that they oversold and none were available however he would organize delivery on Thursday guaranteed for me. Now thursday has come I have had no word of delivery and it appears that Cobus is on leave and Bongani the sales person is not available. I am at my wits end as I have to do constant follow ups and no one is giving me an exact date on when I can get my fridge. I have been fridge less all week as I jus moved to Johannesburg a point I made clear to my manager ! Please someone from makro help me!!!!! I have even paid for delivery
