Fridge carried upside-down upon delivery.

I bought a Hisense fridge from Makro. When it was delivered by Makro the fridge was carried upside-down from the delivery vehicle into my home. When I noticed this, I asked them to please carry in the right side up so as to not cause any damage to the appliance as it was brand new. They told me it's fine and not to worry as they continued carrying the fridge upside-down.

As we started to use the fridge we noticed that the freezer was over-freezing while the refrigerator was not maintaining it's temperature. We have contacted Makro and informed them of this however it was never dealt with.
