Fridge and numerous calls later

I am beyond annoyed and very disappointed with Makro..... I purchased a fridge from makro at the end of August. A week later we recived the fridge... Uppon opening it there is a huge dent in the fridge... We called customer service. They said they would send an email. It never happened. Called again they then said they need pictures so we sent the pictures. We called again to ask about when we will receive our new fridge, they couldn't give us an answer. Called again. Same thing called again and we were told we would be called when they have a date of when they would bring a new fridge and collect the dentied one... And guess what. We're still waiting.... 2 weeks! To get a ****** fridge..... We could have gone to another supplier but yet we chose makro. Big mistake. Staff don't care... Even in the stores they couldn't be bothered as long as they get paid.... I'm highly disappointed. Why can't you get it right the first time! Will never buy appliances from makro again and will be sure to spread the word.
