I placed an order on the 28th of November then cancelled it on the 30th of November because it was not yet packed ,not even in progress and I needed it before the 2nd , received a refence a number however the cancelation was not processed as we received a call saying they have already delivered the package which was yesterday the 12th of December, I don’t understand how because on my side I am waiting for the money to paid back…My biggest concern now we received a call that the order was delivered but I don’t know it was delivered to who or which premises as our reception did not accept any delivery for Dineo Sedibe .
