***** at Makro

Following my complaint about how I was de*****ed at Makro I now see that Mbali Makhanya of Makro responded today by saying the issue is resolved and yet I am still waiting.<br> <br> I have had not confirmation in writing of how this case has been resolved . I was told that the investigation would take 21 days and now Makro is trying to save their face by sending to the world the wrong message. I am still waiting for a response from Makro on who used my details to do unauthorized purchases under my name and my money is still owing.<br> <br> I am disgusted by Makro's attitude towards a client and this shows no respect and I need an immediate explanation of what is going with my case at Makro. It seems you can not at all trust Makro .<br> <br> Very frustrated.
