Forced to accept laptop with specs that were not as advertised
If i could rate this a zero i would, i bought laptop via Makro online and what was delivered is not what i bought in terms of hardware specs.
What was advertised: Processor: Celeron quad 12th Gen Dedicated graphic mem: 16GB
What i received: Processor: intel celeron Dedicated graphic mem: 512mb
My request for return was rejected citing nothing wrong with laptop and saying i opened the laptop and loaded it. How was i gonna see the hardware spec if the box outside doesnt list hardware spec such as Graphic memory of 512MB instead of 16GB.
At first i was willing for an exchange but now i want my money back. I am being forced to keep this laptop with low spec and i bought this laptop with advertised spec as my apps needs that high graphic memory.
Their Market place supplier is LaptopAccessories SA
I bought this laptop plainly because it was offering higher graphic memory but i got laptop with way lower graphic memory
