Food Rotting in the Fridge

I bought a double door fridge from Makro in May 2022 but within a year it's giving problems and I have already logged three calls within a year I the logged a call on Sunday last week the 20th, they call to say they are coming on Monday the 21stbut never came, then they came on Tuesday did nothing but said they are coming back till today I'm waitiing

Isn't fridge call a matter of urgency? What about the food rotting in the fridge
