Follow up - Makro

After first review, received phone call asking that I not cancel my order, not to request a refund of money back into my account and promising delivery on Friday. Order did not arrive. Then received another call asking if could be done on Saturday - as I had given my work address but our office is Mon to Fri. So it was agreed that delivery would be Monday. Again, no delivery. Have tried call centre three times today - on hold for a long time, no human and eventually get cut off. After all this runaround and aggravation, I will not use Makro online - none existent (service)
