Thank you Makro Wonderboom Pretoria for the wonderful way you turned around my bad experience into an excellent one. I have 1 particular person to congratulate for all her assistance (Florence Sibeko). Florence you are the best example of how to understand your customers. Can anyone in Senior Management explain when Florence will be promoted? I can guarantee you she will be the best store Manager ever!! Well done Florence in winning me back as a Makro customer.
