Flase advertising

Went in store to purchase a TV as advertised at Makro Brakpan 15 September..as per the adverti*****t on credit the TV will be R674 pm on credit for 36 months..we app**** for credit and was approved... once we got the purchase agreement it was noted that the monthly installment is R1147 per month and not the R674 as advertised....

Vincent from Makro promised to sort this out...a number of calls and an e-mail later...now 10 October almost a month later still no feedback from Makro

We insist on purchasing the TV at thr advertised price ..

Please get back to me asap

Vincent from Makro phoned me today after he received my mail...he was extremely upset that put my frustration into a mail and advised that he spoke to my husband and told my husband that they are looking into the matter... when I asked him for thr detail of "higher management " so I can follow up myself ..he got extremely upset and told me to get the detail la from my husband...

My husband is extremely busy and thus I took it on myself to follow up...

I asked Vincent to just mail me back with all the details of the people I should be speaking too.... and I am still waiting....

When can we get some clarity on this matter?
