F**ken useless and pathetic service from Makro
Absolutely pathetic service. I do not think that they even have a Customer Service. I placed an order on Black Friday and til date I have not received my order. The tracking system on their website shows that the parcel is ready for collection by the courier company on 04.12.2019 and since then no one has collected it. I tried to call them but no one answers the phone. I even emailed them thrice but now a single reply I received. Went to a Makro store in Centurion and they also could not help as the order was placed online and Makro Distribution Center is responsible for it. ***ken useless. This was the first time I placed an order on Makro's website and I'm regretting it!!!

What is the update and will I get my order anytime soon?? I now have to leave what I'm busy with and follow up with you for my order every time which was supposed to be delivered within 14 working days.... This is truly nonsense from Makro!
