FIX YOUR MISLEADING STATEMENTS
Here we go again. Makro charging R20 for a misleading collections letter. Mako haven't even fixed the last problem I complained about. My statement shows one amount in arrears and the collections letter shows another amount that is in arrears.

I'm going to write reports until someone wakes up and realize what I'm asking. Stop blameshifting because RCS is confused with their outstanding amounts. The last response I got from RCS was to send them proof of payment so RCS can rectify the problem.

GO AND READ MY LAST REPORT AND SEE HOW LAUGHABLE YOUR MEDIOCRE RESPONSE IS

Please cancell the insurance on the acount because I want to give you as little as possible and make your life unpleasant like you do to me until this problem is solved or the account is paid up and I can send you to hell.

Makro and RCS is like a wet nappi. Get your facts straight If you don't get your facts straight and send me the correct collections letter the I will go to the consumer council for this misleading nonsense
