Fitbit tracker band broken

2014 I bought a fitbit tracker and now the band broke.last month a bought one for my wife only to later notice that her band and spare band is already pulling loose and will break soone.both are bad qualty products.how do I get replacements bands and how quick and at whose cost.I dont live in cape town and need the device in a weeks time.will you replace both or give me a better product. Thanks
