Fitbit HR repair taking almost 4 weeks!!

<p>I am very dissapointed in the service of Makro Pietermaritzburg. I handed in my Fitbit - 3 weeks and 5 days ago (almost 4 weeks) and I still havent receive any feedback. The strap of the watch was swelling and thus needed to go into repairs. I was assured that this will only take 2 weeks. After two weeks I phoned, which lead me to no success, I then went into the store and they advised that it is at the repair centre and they will let me know when I can collect the watch. Now it has almost been 4 weeks and I am still waiting. I am never one to complain, but this is honestly such bad service from such a well known and big enterprise. I also need this device and don't see why it should take this long to repair. Also no feedback what so ever has been given to me.</p>
