First time online experience - Furious :(

I bought groceries worth more than R1000 from Makro and didn't receive anything during the 2-5 days grace period. I only received part of my delivery today (7th day), after 2 emails, 3 phone calls to the Makro team and numerous exchanged conversations with the courier company. The website is not even accurate In terms of updating the tracking details. The order I received today is actually Delivery 1 but on the website, it shows that Delivery 2 has been delivered, which is incorrect. I had to hold for quite some time during the 3 calls I made to the Makro team. My airtime was depleted while I was on hold. The longest I was on hold was almost 10 minutes. I will never buy online from Makro again.
