First time excellent service from Makro!

I would like to give a big thanks to Sibusiso Mathifo who helped me with my lost/disappeared order, ordered from Makro and was supposed to be delivered by DSV. Only half of my order was delivered to the locker and the rest was mysteriously "lost". Mind you, this was alcohol. I tried contacting the call centre, emailing and then tried contacting DSV directly. Was told they would call me back but heard nothing from them.

Until Sibusiso Mathifo from Makro Crown Mines called me and assured me that he will fix the issue. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and ensured he contacted me even though he had no feedback.

This is true customer service. Thank you S'bu :)
