FIRST TIME BUYER AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, DONT EVER BUY FROM MAKRO !!

Its my first time ever buying from makro and definetly the last time. Will never recommend buying from them and will make it known to family, friends and others as well. So i bought a hisense chest freezer from makro online which said 142L that was last week Thursday they phoned on saturday morning to say they will be delivering so we waited until 5pm then i had to phone to say i am still waiting where is my order as u guys said u will be coming today n im still waiting as i have been waiting whole day n i need to go out i was told that my order will be on the way as they gave my order to someone else in another area and realised it was a mistake and they sorry for the confusion. Never the less 45mins later they came we were quite shocked just looking at the box as it definetly ddnt seem as a 142L as advertised however we decided to open the box to take a peak, as we open the top of the box n opened the lid of the freezer to see the space we were already unhappy n lucky we did not fully unbox it so we sealed it n decided we were going to return it as we were unhappy so we called the driver and he said he cannot take it back we should call the company n so we did but to our luck we reached them out of business hours n it said we should try again on monday so the weekend went buy i called on monday i explained n i also explained i have no transportation n since it was free delivery i would like for them to please collect so they said yes no problem n they wouldnt charge for collection i recieved my reference number and was told i would recieve my refund in 7 to 14 days and that they will contact me when collecting upto today i have not recieved any feedback nor any sort of communication whatsoever i send 5 emails i phoned 5 times using so much of airtime but nothing till now. 5 days gone and nothing till now not even a email to say we recieved ur complain n we will sort it out or we working on it nothing at all this is pathetic, unprofessional and disgusting !! It is frustrating as they quick to take our money but when it comes to refunds and returns we should beg for our own money !!! That we all work hard for !!! They said refund 7 to 14 days but 5 days is already gone and i havent even been attended to i should have came on here to check reviews before purchasing from Makro as i see many many complaints of unhappy customers. Makro i hope you guys no just how many customers u are loosing !!! Pathetic customer service or infact rather no customer service at all !! - Highly upset !!
