First impressions last

I order goods online from Makro on the 5th of April before 12pm so my order was supposed to be ready for pickup the following day ,by the 6th I received an email to say I can collect my order to my suprise only half of the items I ordered was ready for collection and the other items showed still in progress. On the 6th I sent 2 emails regarding my order and and I received one automated response .On the 10th I called the contact centre and they told me the order details would be changed so that my order would be delivered because now I am unable to pickup the order as it wasn't ready like promised ,also on the 10th I contacted their whatsapp number and was assured that they have contacted the store and my order details would be changed to be delivered, ,today the 12th of April I called the contact centre again and was told the progress of the order is ready for collection, so nothing was changed for my order to be delivered and my purchase does qualify for free delivery, the person I spoke to said he would escalate the matter . I'm so upset as I was so excited and thought my order would be ready on the 6th .Why do you actually state that order before 12 and order will be ready for pickup the next day ?. Still waiting.
