First Class Customer Service at Makro Silverlakes

I would just like to extend a big thank you to Masego Shibambo and Elizabeth (didn't catch her last name) at Makro Silverlakes. I had the pleasure of experiencing first class customer service from both ladies. We had a bit of a struggle placing an online order and since Makro Silverlakes had all the stock, the Makro customer service department provided us with the relevant contact details for Makro Silverlakes.

We phoned the store and spoke to Masego who assisted us with placing an order for pick up. Masego stayed in touch the whole day keeping us updated on the progress of the order (it was a fair number of larger items) and notified us when the order was ready for collection. Masego advised that we should ask for Elizabeth upon arrival who will assist us with processing the payment. Elizabeth was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rest of the Makro staff in-store from the entrance to the cashier to the security staff at the exit were just as friendly and helpful.

I would like to congratulate Elizabeth on being a great manager for the Makro Silverlakes store as her leadership is evident in the experience with the Makro staff. I big thank you to Masego who is a prime example of what exceptional customer service looks like.
