First and last time buying from Makro

I order school books on the 23rd of November 2023, Very bad service from Makro customer care, started to respond into my order on the 08th of December 2023, telling me that some of the books are not available they will refund me and it takes 14th days for the money to reflect in my account. Only received the refund for only two books, 4 were delivered and two still waiting for and the schools are opening next week, and Makro is telling me now that it shows on their site that the books were dispatched they assumed the supplier didn't pack those two books. No proper answer from ***********'s Makro consultant. Now my child will be at a disadvantage.
