First and last time buying from Makro

This is the first and last time I will ever buy from Makro. How I wish I had read the reviews first! I have honestly received better service from Government departments. It is impossible to track shipments as DPD Laser says they have been "notified" but have not yet received the item - this up until a day before delivery, which was 5 days later than the promised 5 days, and Makro does not even have the courtesy to respond to emails. My first email on 6/1 received a generic response, the 2nd on the 9th, nothing. And Makro, don't bother to respond or contact me now, you have lost a brand new customer already. Always remember the 80/20 rule. Perhaps Walmart needs to hear about these reviews and do some customer service training with their SA companies, which include Makro to the best of my knowledge. I am just amazed that they actually managed to ship the correct item, which I sincerely hope is not faulty as having to deal with Makro does not bear thinking about.
