First and definitely last time ordering online.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order online on the 27th November for an item that clearly stated that it was IN STOCK. The delivery period was 10-14 days. My order has been sitting in "in progress" since the day I placed it. After 13 days with no status update I decided to contact the customer care to find out what is going on only to be told that they are out of stock of the product I ordered. After the call I went back to their website only to find that they are still advertising the product and it still shows as "in stock". The utter lack of actual customer care and proper communication is astounding. I can not believe that Makro has the audacity to take their customers monies and not be bothered by what happens after that.
