FINANCIAL DEPT SPITEFUL OR JUST USELESS?

Why am i not getting my R350 refund almost a month of waiting is the financial dept being spiteful or are they just *********** AND Useless? waiting for Authorization from the financial dept who is head of the financial dept? MAK*** Someone there is not doing there job!! it cannot take almost a month to give authorization on a refund I want my refund I will go to the news papers if I don't get my refund by today!! I have all the proof to all my requests and all my calls I will blow this matter out of the water if I don't get my refund before the close of business today! WHY SHOULD THINGS ALWAYS TURN NASTY BEFORE GETTING RESOLVED?
