Finally results in a refund they claimed will take 2-7 days.. still waiting

I ordered and paid on the 27th November 2024, it is now the 10th February 2025 and eventually was informed my messed-up order will result in a refund.... I'm still waiting... I only get a response when I make a Hello Peter review. I am seriously shocked this is taking so long and reading so many similar complaints.
