Fighting to return incorrect online product

I recently purchased a product from Makro's online shop. The wrong product arrived. I have since been trying to get it returned and a refund processed but to no avail. Thabo Mokalapa was the last person to contact me but have not responded to any of my mails when I told him that the item was not collected. Extremely frustrated.
