Fed up! Waiting 2 month for an order that's already paid for

I ordered a washing machine on the 2nd of December 2019 and paid for it online. I ordered on that said "In stock" as I required it immediately, and delivery was stated to be 5-7 working days. It's been nearly 2 months after lots of phone calls and no one wants to help, that I still have NOT received my machine. They just refer to the store (in Durban) and everyone promise to phone back but still no response.

Receiving emails saying my parcel is on the way but still haven't received it.

I am fed up with your useless services and no one that can give me answers!!
