Faulty TV

I bought two 75 inch TV sets at R 20 000 each November 2020 at makro Mbombela , to my surprise 1 of the TV was damaged. I tried to get makro to assist but I failed. please assist me to exchange both TVs because this TV s were never tested b4 they leave the store.
