Faulty PS5 controllers - neglecting customer services!
I have been trying to contact you people since July last year! when I finally got through in Sept I was told a phalome mckenzie will contact me back from the montague gardens branch regarding two faulty playstation contollers that were sold to me and my husband! This console and controllers are not cheap! I would like answers asap, I have not been able to come to the store due to work, illness etc but regardless i feel heavily neglected as a customer and would like this to be resolved asap!
