Faulty products sold with no solution

I bought a new samsung 19kg washing machine from Makro Cornubia in uMhlanga, Durban. From the first day I used it got stuck when it had to spin my blanket. After we followed every instruction on the manual to troubleshoot, that didn't solve the problem. I contacted Makro in December about the faulty product and I was told that the supplier would be in touch with me, but nothing has happened and it's been a week now. Why do I have to deal with the supplier when a new machine is faulty in less than even 30 days of me buying it?

Hi, I wasn't given a reference number. They took my Makro card number which is ***2 and said I would be contacted by the service provider. My order number was M28/32372

Reason for repair: The machine gets stuck when it has to spin. It's different error codes everytime and we have checked the manual for what the errors mean and none of what they indicate is true.

Also, why is a brand new machine being recommended for repair? This is not satisfactory. The machine needs to be replaced or I get a refund. I will not accept a brand new machine that's supposed to have a 10 year warranty to start getting repair so early on. What will happen to it a month, few month or a year from now? No ways.
