Faulty Power Bank

I bought a Power Bank from Makro on the 21/9/2022. It charged once. I returned it on the 24/10/2022. They advised me that it needs to go back to supplier. On the 7/11/2022 Makro advised me that I was not being refunded because the unit was faulty and the warranty automatically falls away.
