Faulty Online purchased item, No refund

I bought a PS4 steering wheel online in November 2017. After weeks waiting for delivery, it wasn't working when i got it in December. I took it back to Woodmead for refunds. It's a second week of January but I'm still waiting to be refunded. Bad Online service
