faulty microwave

I bought a Defy microwave at Makro amanzimtoti on the 27/09/2020 and it broke down in May 2021, causing a smoke in my kitchen. thought we were going to be on fire. it was repaired, 2 months later it has broken down again. the buttons are not working. i took it back again and suggested that they refund me or exchange the Defy microwave with a new on. they are refusing. the staff is rude and telling me i have to keep on returning it to be fixed if something is wrong with it and that the policy. no one told me this prior to buying it and it has a 2 year warranty. clearly I was sold something with a factory fault. i am not happy with Makro SA.
