Faulty Lg washing machine from makro

We purchased a Lg top loader washing machine from makro which was definitely defective as it's pc board was replaced three times in the two year guarantee period by IRS Tronics. Six months later the pc board goes faulty again. We requested for a private company to investigate the defect. Results found was every time a hot washing cycle is used moisture enters the pc board housing causing the defect. We appeal to Makro Springfield to assist in this matter.
