Faulty Items, lack of feedback

I bought two clothes horses from Makro online which were delivered on the 25th of March, both of which are defective. One was missing the attachment to lock it into place so it can't even stand upright to be used, while the other has loose fittings over all the telescopic poles. I then requested the items be returned for a refund on 26th of March because this is not the kind of quality I'd expect from an item. Mbali Mogale then emailed me asking for photos of the items in their packaging, I then explained that it was just wrapped in plastic and there wasn't any packaging. I then followed up on mail again on the 30th of March because no one had contacted me or gotten back to me, it is now 9 days later and I have yet to receive a response from Makro. All I want is to return these items and get my refund so I can find an alternative..
