Faulty item

I bought a ps5 package from Makro a month ago and when I opened the package the controller was faulty. Makro has done absolutely nothing to assist me, instead I'm sitting with a ps5 that's not working with no feed back since I bought on 10 August. When I called to log a return I was told they will send someone to collect the controller, to this day nothing. No one is calling its business as normal, me on the other hand I paid so much money for nothing. The level of service I'm receiving doesn't even deserve a 1 rating.
