Faulty Heater

I order a gas and electric heater it came with missing *****s for 1 wheel and none for the gas cylinder tank holder , later I discovered that the button for the gas is faulty also it only turns to 1 only ,even the courier guy helped me to test if it’s me who can’t use it or its really fault and he said it’s the button it’s faulty , I logged a return they came to fetch the heater , it’s been a week know I haven’t head any update from Makro on when I am getting my replacement back it’s cold in Cape Town , when I contact them via watsapp the lady said there is no information or update about my return.
