Faulty hand mixer supper
I ordered a hand mixer supper in July and it was delivered it was faulty I sent it back and requested refund and they sent it back I was under the impression it was fixed but it was still faulty, then I could not log a call for it to let them know that it's not working then couple of days later I received a call from a guy I think his name is Thabo asking me about the hand mixer and I told him its still not working and he promised to send courier to collect it until now I have not heard from him or courier company regarding the collection.
