Faulty goods and *********** customer service and finance team!!!!!!

I bought a gas stove which was malfunctional. Took it in and they decided that they were going to refund me after assessment. 7 months later and I still have not received my refund! They keep saying they've paid it and I've had to download all my statements from last year to show there is no refund received. Very *********** of them and this is such an inconvenience. They are only good at giving reference numbers and not resolving issues. So disappointing for such a big company. Really unacceptable customer service!
