Faulty goods

Ordered washing Machine & hair dryer. Washing machine is ok however the hair dryer…. So 1stly I was kinda confused coz I knew I ordered 1800W and not 1500W. Makes decided to deliver not only a 1500W but it’s broken in half as of someone ran it over with their car.
