Faulty gazebo will not connect

I bought the camp master pvc gazebo with the mesh & solids panels yesterday when I collected my online order. The gazebo will not connect as faulty. Customer care did not contact me after numerous e-mails to them today regarding this issue. I'm waiting for the incorrect online order to be resolved with this issue simultaneously as I can only go once to Makro as need to organise workers to lift heavy products into my jeep. <br>
