Faulty gas stove

I've been waiting two weeks for macro to send someone to fetch a gas stove that's under warrenty, that set alight at the back, while I was cooking. I am so frustrated, need to get take aways daily, which I can no longer afford, how am I supposed to cook,? Don't have a micro wave, I onder if macro can tell me what is going on😡
