Faulty fridge sold to me
I purchased a brand new fridge on Friday the 29th from Riversands, plugged it on Saturday and stored groceries in it then left for the weekend. Came back to a smelly place because everything was spoiled. Called them had a KIC technician come through and confirmed that the fridge that was sold to me had no gas. I’ve been calling non stop for an exchange or refund and even went as far as having managers hang up on me. I’m sitting here with a fridge that doesn’t work and no answers.

It doesn’t seem like there’s any platform that is bearing fruits for me.
I’m getting calls with empty promises, and when I follow up on those promises I get calls hanged up on me.
I made it clear yesterday when they called that I will be leaving at 12 and once again today I called to ask I’m being sent from one person to the other without any answer.
Can I please have my money deposited into my account, as for your fridge I honestly don’t care when or how you make arrangements to get it...it’s even taking up space in my flat of which I know for a fact had I left it at your store I would be told about storage
