Faulty fridge from Makro!!!

I bought a Defy fridge/freezer cash from Makro for R17 000. Fridge was delivered and faulty. Loose panels. Nothing worked. of complaining they took the faulty one and after the second fridge was delivered which took 2 months +- the second one sounds like a tractor and was faulty too. Theycsend Defy's technician to have a look and he declared it faulty. Then Makro collected it and delivered the third fridge. Freezer side work by the water dispenser faulty and fridge side is not cooling as it must. Again defy technician was send out and declared it faulty too. After seceral callscto makro complains departement i still sit withcthe fridge and NO help from makro. I ask for a rwfund so I can buy one from someone else as this model must be a dude. After 9 months from start NO help from Makro. What can I do to get a response? I am from Gansbaai and far from a Makro!
