Faulty Floormax Wonder Home Mop delivered

Ordered 3 items on the 26 January 2026,due to the items being in different locations the deliver was divided into two. 1st delivery was a Floormax Wonder Home mop which was faulty. After I have logged for return on the 04 February 2025 the item is still not collected as promised by Ayanda Radebe from Makro National Contact Centre. Collection date was the 7th February 2025. The email I sent to report the matter was never answered.
