Faulty electronics and bad attitude Manager

Please don't buy any electronics from Makro Strubensvalley otherwise the manager called Ponasen Pather will tell you that you are an idiot with no conciquences, I have logged a formal complaint with head office and he said I just wasted my time as there will be nothing that Makro can do to him. I bought more than one electronic item from Makro Strubensvalley in the last 6 months and everytime it needed to be returned and it is a forever process to get the item exchange or book in for repairs, while it is under Guarantee and Makro staff have no regard for customer service they even right false information on the assessment card and said if I don't sign they will not check the item. Please don't ever spend your money at Makro unless you want endless drama!!!!
