Faulty Defy washing machine purchased from Makro.

We purchased a Defy washing machine in November 2022 from Makro store. When we used it for the first time we discovered that the machine was faulty and immediately reported it to the Makro store ìn Ottery. After numerous phone calls and personal visits to the store to inform them of the problem; they just can't be bothered and now we stuck with a faulty appliance. It been an extremely frustrating process and the management couldn't even bother to face us when we went instore to report the fault for the 3rd time and after numerous calls the issue is still not resolved or any clear explaination given. They keep us hanging by saying they will send out technician but months has passed and we stìll stuck with a faulty washing machine. I would really appreciate it if someone at the Makro Ottery branch could.make contact and resolve.this issue.
