Faulty defy stove3

I bought a defy touch stove on 14th November 2020 at makro Strubens Valley. It stopped working, when I reported it, to braven the manager when I asked for a replacement he refused and said technician would come to repair, who said the whole batch was faulty even after repair stove not functioning well but Chantal refused to replace the stove even though I even offered paying extra for a better stove, that is not a safety risk for me
