Faulty DEFY BRAND NEW 7kg Washing Machine bought at Makro Centurion

I bought a brand new DEFY 7kg Front Loader washing machine from Makro Centurion on 03/06/2023. Yesterday on 10/06/2023 it stopped working. Its not draining the water and its not spinning. my washing is still stuck with the water in the machine. NOW they want to send out a technician that can take between 2 - 5 WORKING days to come and LOOK at the machine first before they can assist me! So, how long must I now sit WITHOUT A BRAND NEW WASHING MACHINE? This is unacceptable! Now I must spend extra money taking my washing to a laundromat. This inconvenience is the reason I will NEVER shop at ANY Makro EVER again in my life!
