Faulty batteries returned. No refund

I bought ashcom batteries online. Just before the 6 months the batteries started giving trouble. I returned it within the 6 months. It chargers but do not hold its power. No correspondence from makro. I got to call everyday and then a different oerson just say they escalating the problem but nothing happens its more then a month now and they just return the batteries saying nothing is wrong it's charging but that was not the problem. The one person say they replaced it with new batteries but that's not the truth and not what I asked for. It's a nightmare dealing with them and trying to get your money back. Don't ever buy from them makro online there products are poor quality. Still have nothing from them. So frustrated.
