Faulty Air Fryer (Cape Gate ) and bad service

l brought air fryer and l give it to my mother for mother's day last and it was giving problems ever since we got it was giving low heat then when cooking eventually you have put it in the oven to cook it finish ,then l decided to take it in of testing it spent over 45 day at the repairs l called and went to the shop several times and 3 weeks same problem l must still wait other 45day and the product is going out of warranty soon the returns manager is very rude she can not even solve your problem l very disappointing with the service l received at Marko Cape gate
